"Worst. Not worth a money. Not clean wash room and Lenin and pillows dirty. I don’t recommend"

Poor communication. Items were broken. Staff are treating like I’m paying less (said by staff). Not worth money that I spent.

Room uncleaned. No lock and no toilet seat is broken. Staff are very rude on me while asking about the broken things. Less secure. Door handle is broken.
