idyllische Lage direkt am Brienzersee mit einer hervorragenden Aussicht, sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, mit dem Zug sehr gut erreichbar (gute Anbindung an Interlaken mit Schiff & Bus nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss vom Hotel), sehr freundliches Personal im ganzen Hotel, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Restaurant ist montags und dienstags geschlossen (wurde aber vorab so kommuniziert), Zimmerservice klopfte an die Tür trotz „Bitte nicht stören“ Schild

Localização e café da manhã

Muito calor agora no verão e não tem ar condicionado. Quarto extremamente quente. Restaurante fecha muito cedo. Pedi pra usar microondas e riram da minha cara, parecia humilhação. Só por terem o restaurante deles agora sou obrigada a comer no deles? Não ne!

The location was unbelievable! It's right on the lake. The staff, Roman, was very accommodating and friendly.

It was hot even at night and there was no fan or AC.
