Room size and location was quite noisy at night.

The location is amazing, right in the center, however the hotel leaves much to be desired. Cleanliness is below average, the communication was bad (if I didn't know how the locker works I would be left clueless as to how to open it) , I asked on multiple occasions if we can leave luggage somewhere and got absolutely no answer (thank God I had other options). The price is great for the location, but Hey!!! Guys!? Please Read and pay attention to your customers

noise from room next door could be heard in the bedroom. Bedroom door would not lock from outside when I went on the street.

The location is great

We had the delux room with a balcony. it’s right on a corner and extremely loud, so much so it sounded like there was a disco in our room and didn’t settle down until 4:00 am. It’s also very bright as there is one window that doesn’t have a covering and the other doesn’t block light. So if you don’t mind a bright loud room get the delux. We contacted the property after 2 nights and they switched us to an interior room. It smelled like smoke but it was darker and quieter.

Good location, many shops and cafe and bakeries around, very central and easy to get around.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The man cleaning the rooms asked us every day if we need anything, he changed our towels , provided us with extra shampoo, showergel and toilet paper, besides he was very polite and friendly. The room isn`t very big but there is everything you need, big TV with Netflix, a small fridge, comfortable bed and some shelves. In the main corridor there is machine with hot water, some cups, hairdryer and umbrellas in case of rain. The hotel is very well located , just in the centre with many shops around and eateries ( with shawarma and falafel ). 2 small supermarkets are within some 100-200 meters walking distance. It`s just 2 minutes from lively Zion square. Yaffo merkaz and King George St. Because the place is located in the lively neighbourhood, there was a little bit noisy at night, but it wasn`t very disturbing. I suspect in summer it can be more troublesome. The rooms are located on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. I visit Israel quite often and I can truly say this place is really worth its price. I can frankly recommend it.

I liked there everythin but if you could put some coffe/ tea bags and sugar next to this machine with hot water that would be really great. We bought some tea and left it there for the next visitors :)
