The Room smells like someon regullary smokes There for years, but they opened the Windows 5 min before we came. There is just 1 thin blanket for 2 person. And it was so cold . We came ať 9 PM from airport and water was totally cold. NeXT Day we found out, that we have to have a shower early, otherwise There s not any hot warer left. We wrote them Friday But till monday evening they didnt bother to answer....

Very nice room in a great location. The staff was very helpful and they provided me with everything extra that I asked for, such as a blow dryer and fixing the heater.

I would recommend them to get some sheets for the quilt, since it would be more hygienic.

I've been thinking about what to write here since it is hard to run a business, and I consider how difficult it is, but I think there's room for improvement and people must know better where they are choosing to stay. Anyway, I will start with the good things about this hotel. Location Location is great. You will be in the middle of shops. In front of the hotel there's McDonalds, Pizza Hut, a Cafe and many other options. Flexibility We considered to leave our luggage there for 2 days and the owner found an option for us, being flexible. You are really close to the points of interest.

I'll try to be objective about this, but I'll be honest. Consider I have traveled and stayed in many other places. - Entrance: do not follow Google Maps only. Look to the numbers of the buildings. The hotel is on the 3rd floor. - Room: I can't complain about the size of the room. For us, it was ok. The problem is CLEANLINESS. It is dirty. The walls are dirty. The shelves have dust. - Bed: prepare your back. The bed is composed by two single beds. The sheets are not clean. We rented two rooms and complained about the sheets- one had blood (??). The owner told by whatsapp he was inspecting the rooms by himself. There is a smell on the pillows - specially the decorative ones. - Bathroom: the shower box was completely disgusting. There was human hair glued to the walls. Clearly the space is not been properly cleaned. We removed the garbage from the room ourselves and we also bought a cleaning product. It is not clear if someone comes to clean the room everyday. Apparently NOT. The shower does not work properly. It was broken on both rooms we booked. But it seems the owner has no problem with it since others complaint about it. To be honest, it was a disgusting experience. We considered change hotel, but everything was full. In the last day, we saw a man sleeping on the floor, over sheets and towels, on the corridor. We did not understand how that person entered since the door has a code. From that point we also felt insecure - not to mention the man was sleeping OVER TOWELS GUESTS USE. Sorry for the staff- which comprises of a girl- but really there's room to turn this place a decent place. In the end, we considered THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. This is something else - maybe a kind of Airbnb, a room to rent for some days, anything but a hotel. Sorry for this review.

The place location is very convenient to every where in Jerusalem. Nice people and helpful.
