Ar condicionado não funcionava. Passou a noite toda pingando água e era impossível dormir com 35 graus de temperatura.

Localização e simpatia dos funcionários.

Unidade necessitando de reformas. Ar condicionado sem manutenção, sujo e sem funcionamento apos alguns dias; móveis necessitando conserto ( mesa de apoio para refeição quebrada ), falta de utensílios básicos para a cozinha ( xícaras, toalha, etc) e vários utensílios listados na reserva Booking que não estavam disponíveis no Alojamento. Por último, a viagem era internacional e não conseguimos obter uma nota fiscal com CNPJ de empresa fora do Brasil ( o que surpreende pois, todas as demais reservas no estado de SC dispunham desse documento - obrigatório). Depois de várias reclamações ( mais de 1 semana com problemas ) fomos realocados para outra unidade, essa, sim, em muito bom estado . Por último, após 2 semanas , conseguimos
