Localização, estacionamento e o staff da portaria

O apartamento estava sujo, os móveis já passaram da hora de renovar: o sofá praticamente não tinha mais espuma e o coxão está bem velho, poucos equipamentos na cozinha e, estavam sujos. Não foi possível utilizar a cafeteira devido a incompatibilidade da tomada, ou seja, muito difícil usar a cozinha para tomar o café da manhã.

Venderam com Mercury e não era mais da rede Mercury. Até mesmo o atendente / recepcionista informou na entrada que outras pessoas também tinham comprado achando que estavam comprando para ficar no mercury.
