"A sad let down"

Girl on reception was very nice and help had great English.

The room was very small... the walls very thin ...I could hear baby crying most of the night from next door. There was no option for coffee, only tea. Ate in restaurant..service very poor ...had to ask several times for my beverage, which came half-way through dinner.
