"Beautiful stay in the mountains not too far from Uzhhorod - great value"

-Beautiful location outside of Uzhhorod and easy hike to historic castle ruins -Staff - amazingly kind (all of them) despite my language barrier of Ukrainian/Russian -Spa accessibility - I only wish I didn't have such jetlag and could have taken advantage of the massage/extra fee services; regardless, the spa and pools were just wonderful and very clean -Transcarpathian menu - delicious, local food -Excellent value

-Breakfast was delicious, but it is not a buffet and takes about 30 minutes to order (i.e. if you are late in the morning, it is not a quick 'grab and go' - not a bad thing, but just something to know in advance

Nice location. Good food.

Poor facilities. Many of the spa facilities were out of order e.g. spa outside, cold bath, sauna's. The room too small and too occupied. Shower way too small and barely accessible.

Amazing location, very good value for money, good food.

The restaurant staff was a little bit unhelpful but possibly under pressure. Something for the administration to keep an eye on.
