The lounge/terrace is very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and let us check-in a bit earlier while we were waiting in the cafe area. Free drink and beer after check-in. There's also various kinds of tea and popcorn at night. Guests only have to pay 600yen for the hot spring (Tonbo no yu) nearby. Free shuttle in the Hoshino area.

A bigger trash can in the room would be great.
