Localização e atenção dos funcionários, embora fossem insuficientes para a demanda do hotel

Não havia ferro de passar roupa no quarto. Café da manhã muito fraco. Limpeza do apto apenas a cada três dias e sem passar diariamente ao menos para retirar o lixo do quarto. Certamente não retornaremos a este hotel.

Location is convenient to Kissimmee attractions and staff was very polite

Random puddles of water on the floor that kept coming back Ants Shower and refrigerator had rust Door did not have a latch for locking Door did not close properly, you could see sunlight through the crack TV did not work
