The room was awful, the air conditioning was very old and noisy, the bed was terrible, and there was a very strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the rooms. I was disappointed.

O café, como já era conhecido é simples/limitado, mas nada que não se resolva por conta.

The room was conviently located right in front of the pool area. The room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The shower and tub were great it had multi use stream shower head a handheld shower handle and a tub spout. Bathroom was a bit small but manageable. The pool was big and clean and there was fresh towels available when needed for swimming.

That we booked two rooms and was not notified there was a 100 fee per room that's refundable when you check out. I had to cancel one room. The receptionist at the front desk spoke 0 English and was of no help at all!. Breakfast was decent except while I was getting my selection the lady cleaning up breakfast kept taking everything and putting it away before I could use it and finishing up my bagel. My 5 year old had to use the restroom during breakfast in the lobby but it was out of order so I was told I had to go outside by the pool and I was unaware I needed my room key to unlock the pool bathroom door thank God someone else left it open because I didn't know that. The television didn't work when we first got there they had to send someone down to program the remote and the picture was not clear on many channels. The phone did not work at all in the room. It was clean and comfortable though. Do wish they would have told us there was a 100 deposit for both rooms before we paid instead of one 100 deposit and they definitely need someone there who speaks English..
