Dinner in the restaurant was good. The food was well cooked and fresh.

We had to carry our bags upstairs as there was no lift. As we are seniors this was not easy. When we arrived there was no blanket or duvet on the bed. A duvet arrived after quite a few hours when a staff member had to go out to buy one. We were not aware that we would have to share a toilet and shower with other people staying in this place. The facilities were very old and unattractive. This made it very uncomfortable when having to visit the toilet during the night, walking down a long corridor to the toilet. It was hard to sleep as others were also visiting the toilet so the floor boards creaked, doors were banged and toilets were flushed. The male toilet area was directly outside our window.
