Decent value, but not what we expected.

Room didn’t look anything like the pictures, not very clean, only one single toilet for ladies in the accomodation.

"Affordable and friendly accommodation"

It's a hidden gem with friendly staff and comfortable bedding and facilities. Free tea and coffee with fridge in the common room was a bonus. The other visitors were chatty and made the stay enjoyable sharing stories. We were there for an event at Kootingal and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The bathroom could use an upgrade.

"Never stay on that place"

Nothing shit place to stay.

There is nothing you will like about property. Smelly rooms. Loud till late night you cannot sleep!! Bathrooms are shared and dirty!!! No privacy at room!!! People can peep from the glass window!!! Lastly, worst thing to stay there!!’ Attached photo was clicked at 3.00am
