I booked the property. when I approached they told it is cancelled

I booked the property. when I approached they told it is cancelled. I called them when i am late to check IN, they told they messaged me, but i didnt respond. In fct i didnt receive any message, it was still in confirmed when i checked the application. They offered another higher rated property. they are cheating.
