Room and washroom hygiene standards were generally up to the mark, with the spaces appearing clean and well-maintained. However, the bed linen fell significantly short of expectations. The provided bedsheet was visibly unclean and had noticeable stains, which made it unsuitable for use. As a result, we had to purchase a new bedsheet from a nearby market to ensure a comfortable and hygienic stay.

In our allotted room (Room No. 107 on the ground floor), the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Despite being switched on throughout the night, it failed to cool the room effectively, forcing us to keep the ceiling fan running alongside it. Additionally, the unit emitted a constant and loud humming noise, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep. The bed was equally disappointing, as the mattress appeared worn out with damaged springs, making it highly uncomfortable. To add to this, the bedsheet provided was unclean and stained, leaving us with no option but to purchase a new one from a nearby shop. Access to the property is also a concern, as the approach roads are extremely narrow and inadequate for smooth car movement. The breakfast experience was another letdown. It consisted of two small dosas (exactly the size of small pappds) served with minimal chutney and sambar, along with overly sweetened, lukewarm tea served in an open cup—overall, far below acceptable standards.

I liked the STAFF they are descent & guide full, also They allow us to have outside food

Place was at prime location but the only disadvantage is the narrow path we have to use to go for the hotel And there are not sufficient restaurants to eat near to HOTEL
