The indoor swimming pool and athletic facilities will be closed on the following day due to regular maintenance: 1 April 2026 (Wednesday), closed all day. - Notice of Temporary Closing. スタッフの方々のお客様に対する細やかな、配慮が特に感動しました。 ウェルカムドリンクをいただきながらハーブの生演奏を聴き、豪華なホテルの内装と素晴らしい景色を眺めながら感動しました。

残念ながら、チェックアウトの折こちらの勘違いでの事だったのですがもう少し柔らかく対応していただけたら好感度100%のホテルで素晴らしい思い出に浸ったのにと思いました。

מלון גדול יפייפה ומרשים! קצת ישן אבל מרגיש כמו בסרטים. הגענו לא בעונה של הסקי ונהננו מכל רגע! האונסן מדהים! גדול, נוח, פנימי וחיצוני, נקי ומסודר! חדרים גדולים מאוד, והנוף וואו! הנוף מדהים, על האגם, פשוט וואו! חניה מאוד נוחה. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה! מגוונת וטעימה (צריך לשים לב לשעות, לא נותנים להיכנס רבע שעה לפני הסגירה).

המסעדות בארוחת הערב היו יחסית יקרות. צריך להזמין מקום מראש ואי אפשר להיות ספונטני. הבריכה וחדר הכושר נפתחים מאוחר ונסגרים מוקדם, כך שצריך להגיע מראש מוקדם למלון כדי להספיק למתקנים. יש בעיה שאין מעלית ישירה מהחניה וצריך לתת לצוות את המזוודות או לסחוב אותם במדרגות. המזגן לא עבד בלילה (הם סוגרים אותו בתאריכים מסוימים) אבל הביאו לנו מאורר שהיה מספיק טוב ונוח אבל מוזר שאין מזגן. צריך לשים לב שכל פעילות נוספת שמציעים במקום היא בתוספת תשלום וזה יחסית יקר. זה נראה כאילו לא אהבנו הרבה דברים, אבל זה דברים קטנים, הייתה לנו חוויה מדהימה ונהננו מאוד.

"Stay in the nature away from crowd"

View from the top to both coast side and lake Toya. Staff are friendly though not always comprehend English nor Japanese.

Facilities such as onsen and indoor fitness is rather underwhelming for a property of 500 rooms plus. Fitness and pool is open only 9 am to 5 pm and the fitness room is in serious need of upgrading.
