The indoor swimming pool and athletic facilities will be closed on the following day due to regular maintenance: 1 April 2026 (Wednesday), closed all day. - Notice of Temporary Closing. "綺麗で素敵だけどちょっと惜しい感じ。"

優雅で綺麗、眺めも良かったです。朝食も美味しかったですし、各レストランも美味しかったです。

・送迎バスが少なすぎる、時間設定がおかしすぎる点。 （JR洞爺駅からの送迎バスがJRの北斗の到着時間と合わず（1時間以上待つ）、仕方なくタクシーを使いました。新千歳空港方面からの北斗自体本数が凄く少ないのに、そこに合わせた送迎さえ設定されていないことに大きな不満が残りました。その点をフロントに尋ねても苦笑されるだけでちゃんと説明がなされず、不愉快でした） ・宿泊してるお部屋から温泉施設までの道のりが遠すぎて行くのが億劫になる点。

The VIEW was UNBELIEVABLE! You have to see it to believe it. Lake Toya on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other side! ONE OF A KIND hotel.

Facilities are top notch quality BUT old and outdated. But top notch - I have never some across TOTO-HansGrohe combined bathroom fixtures. One of a kind hotel.

The location was nice and the rooms were clean

Multiple issues with communication from the reception staff being incorrect or incomplete. It's understandable that people can make mistakes but I was disappointed by the lapse in professionalism.
