The indoor swimming pool and athletic facilities will be closed on the following day due to regular maintenance: 1 April 2026 (Wednesday), closed all day. - Notice of Temporary Closing. Breakfast was good

1) Food is expensive. Not much choice 2) Outdoor Onsen - I wish there is more outdoor onsen instead of just 1 only.

Not much besides the breakfast buffet food but even that is thanks to the great food culture of Hokkaido.

The building is old, have not been maintained in a long time and the rooms were not clean, the staff is rude, The location is quite remote and far from the lake itself and they abuse this fact. Every single thing is monetized even playing the pool. They charge us 600 yen per person per night which adds up for an onsen we did not use. There is a huge beautiful green area outside to which we are not allowed to sit or even enjoy a cup of tea (false advertising) since in the photos there are people sitting outside.
