Staff at reception was really good

Stairs narrow and steep. Rails not all the way up The annexe room was like a sauna. Bedside don't work Mattress was poor Pillow not comfortable Couldn't open bathroom window. No safety catch to open bedroom there was a safety issue with a door accessible to my window. Bathroom cracked tile. No mirror above basin No mirror in bedroom

Staff are amazing room very clean

I made 2 booking at Abbey hotel in Leicester. I had to cancel the 3 night booking as it didn't meet the requirement of my brother in law, he is disabled. Although I had confirmed the requirements. In my opinion the staff did not clarify exactly. Finally this booking was wasted in the end as the management communication was poor. I was out of at a lose of approximately £160.00

Single room quite adequate. Staff very helpful The e-mail keeps going back to start. 3 times. I will not complete again
