Staff friendly

The room i upgraded from standard and felt standard is better than room was given TV wasn't working properly too much road noise and bed felt like needs replacing worst stay I've had here

"Always a pleasant stay."

I have stayed many times now, always a pleasant stay. Weekday receptionist and housekeeper are always super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything needed. Rooms are always clean and pleasant.
