Location and parking. Also staff were all very helpful until it came to asking them to post back something we left behind,

Shower was awful, no pressure, also no where to dry wet towels. We were in Room 15 which when checking in someone should have explained was a Fire Exit route, and in the event of the fire alarm going off all other guest evacuating from this floor would be able to use a fire Key to open our locked bedroom door and then come through our room to access the fire escape.

Position on the promenade all the staff were very welcoming & polite we only had breakfast and that was delicious. The young lady who served us was excellent.

Nothing at all, apart from the choice of pillows, they were too big that’s our personal view and choice

Looking at fire escape

Great location on the seafront and close to shops and restaurants. The room price was quite reasonable. My room was very clean, with everything I needed, including plenty of really hot water for the shower. I didn't pay for hotel parking as there was plenty of space along the seafront as it wasn't high season. Breakfast was good.

Nothing regarding the accommodation itself, but parking is not free

The staff were really helpful, the location was good, it had parking which made it easier. The room was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend.
