The room was exceptionally warm. Ideal winter hotel but 2 fans in the room and had to build up furniture to get them pointed at me to cool down plus 3 cold showers through the night, I honestly thought the radiator was switched on

air con possibly or better fans. And fans that are better placed

Lovely big room. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff- especially breakfast waitress.

Location was a bit noisy in terms of traffic but it was very central so fair enough.

Staff welcoming and helpful. Beautiful environment and gardens. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the garden and then later having a meal in the restaurant. Food was superb. The room was well equipped, roomy and comfortable. We could see our car from the room window and that was reassuring. The location for the eurotunnel was perfect. It was easy to check out at 5am

The room was basic for the money and it was so noisy both with the restaurant downstairs and during the night too as the building only has single glazed windows and it next to to the road where many loony’s with motorbikes like to show off !
