Our room was large and a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable. The bar member who checked us in was efficient and polite.

The decor was tired and a bit depressing.

Clean, spacious family room above the steakhouse restaurant. Extremely welcoming, helpful staff and it was great to be able to walk down into Maidstone town centre so easily. A stress-free layover on our way to France!

It's an old building, so unfortunately the floor in our room was quite squeaky! Also due to the location, it's hard to avoid the noise of the cars from the main road behind the trees (but I think that was more of an issue as we tried to keep the windows open because of the heatwave).

All easy and lovely

Good location with a short walk into the main centre. Really good breakfast but if you want cereal you have to ask. It is a Miller and Carter so great restaurant of course

Right on the road so constant traffic noise. We had very creaky floorboards but it is an old building. The soap dispensers which a fixed to the wall were silly. The one above the sink was too high and I struggled to use it.

Vi leste at hotellet hadde aircondition. Det var svært varmt under vårt opphold og det var ikke fungerende aircondition på vårt rom i 2. etasje. Det ble svært varmt om kvelden og natten (over 35 grader), noe som gjorde det veldig vanskelig å sove der. Vi tok opp dette med personalet, men de sa at det ikke kunne gjøres noe pga restriksjoner ved bygget. Fikk heller ikke noe rabatt grunnet denne belastningen.
