Please note that well behaved dogs are permitted in the ground floor rooms upon request for an extra charge. There is a maximum of 2 medium-sized dogs per room that can be accommodated. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Great breakfast and nice rural location just outside Lymington. The beauty of the gardens and grounds are really quite exceptional for any hotel, and certainly anything in this price range. This hotel exudes old world charm with all mod cons.

Nothing, it’s rare that a hotel’s marketing, good though it is, is somehow less impressive than the reality but that seems to be the case with the Passford House.

"A lovely place to chill out!"

This was our first booking at Passford House Hotel - five of us one night for my daughter's Birthday. But we will certainly be back! It is in such a peaceful setting with large beautiful gardens, and the House has a really relaxing feel. The rooms (we had 3) were all very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were little extras - like the shortbread and large bottles of water. We had the evening meal and then breakfast - all excellent and plentiful. And the staff went out of their way to help make my daughter's Birthday one to remember. We brought the cake with us but the staff supplied plates, and added the decorations that we had bought with us. And as a final gesture gave us a glass of proscecco for all of us. We plan to stay a little longer next time! And there is a bonus - they take dogs and some of the downstairs rooms have a direct access and keys to the gardens without having to go through the lounge.

I really can't think of anything that we didn't like. And I know people say that some reviews are not true, but I can assure you that this one is just as we found it!

Very nice staff. Hotel in great location for exploring the New Forest. Had great weather so able to make use of lovely gardens and grounds and outdoor swimming pool. Nice breakfast

Checking in reception was very welcoming Breakfast was very good as was dinner

Very strong coffee at breakfast in a large pot for one with only a very small quantity of milk so had to fetch more. Partners tea was very weak and not very nice but this was just personal preference
