Central location easy walk to sights and transportation, clean rooms with basic amenities, one staff member made best effort to fix booking issues and offered us

Not very good value for tiny room and balcony that isn't actually a balcony. It's clear the owners do not train or empower their staff. Due to some error on the hotel's part, we were placed in the wrong room and waited 45 minutes in the lobby to be placed in another room, only to be moved again the next day. Worse, another staff member upon check-out was very rude and caused us to both stay an extra 30 minutes and pay an absurd extra fee for what should have been basic hotel maintenance, not customer responsibility. Try somewhere else.
