"LOUD, bring heavy duty earplugs !"

LOUD!! We asked for a quiet room away from the busy road noise and ended up with an internal one with no windows. Could still hear the traffic as well as every other noise in the building. There's a loud sensor bell that sounds every time someone walks up the stairs to reception, regardless of what time. The doorbell was rung at midnight several times and guests were loud/on their phones late into the evening. You hear everything The hotel is clean and in a good place in Manizales near the cable car Staff pleasant Not great value for money though

"Convenient and Friendly Hotel"

Nice hotel in the lovely city of Manizales. Great price point. The room is comfortable and has a mini fridge. Located close to the main cable car that goes to/from the bus terminal. Short walk to downtown centre.

The stairs up to reception. No hairdryer in the room.
