Staff was helpful and friendly around our questions about logistics, the city etc. Location is favorable close to a juice place, supermarkets, the main shopping street and a mall (the most diverse of the city). Wifi connection appeared to be good. Ask for one of those portable fans, it is a lifesaver. Minibar is very reasonably priced, if you are into that.

If you choose a room with a window, you will have to deal with the traffic noise. Better to stay in a window-less room that is quiet. TV image is vague.

Good place to stay in the centre of manizales,I was able to change rooms so I had a window.

Great location on the main street. Close to the cable car station which takes you to the bus terminal. I chose a balcony because I like that, so you will get some traffic noise. Super clean. Tiny, but functional bathroom.

The only thing I didn't like was the staircase up to the lobby.
