Location, room decor and comfort of the bed, bathroom quality especially shower facility. Bar food on Level 4 - really very good in all respects including prompt delivery to table. Front of house assistance with keeping luggage gto be collected later: provided with alacrity and a smile.

I had to drive to the airport so booked online for parking. Satisfactory value for money BUT only provided in the 'new' Terminal 4 parking station. Distance to hotel reception, in rain outside because there is no direct access through the marking facilities. Hence after a long rainy walk, with luggage, across badly maintained pavements we arrived dishevilled and cross. Not the hotel's fault in any way, but a solution needs ton be found - including possible capacity of the hotel to provide golf-cart style pickup for guests from Car Park 4, until the airport works are complete. Certainly a solution needs to be available.

We were there for an overnight stop. Room was tidy and the bed comfortable. Given that it is located at the international airport, there were no noise issues.

There were major works going on at the site, and directions to reception were not clear for those who had not been to the hotel before.
