Die Lage.

Penetranter Geruch im Zimmer (Raumduft o. Ä. )Frühstück billig- kein einheimischer Käse nur billig Produkte. Kaffee/Aufbackbrötchen war gut.

L’emplacement de l’établissement est bien car il n’est pas loin du téléférique pour monter au domaine skiable

Il faudrait juste mettre à jour les photos sur booking. Les chambres ont bien changé et sont bien mieux en vrai qu’en photo

"Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht."

Lage und Sauberkeit waren gut.

Das Frühstück war den Preis niemals wert (1 Sorte Käse ohne Geschmack, 1 Sorte Fleisch bzw. nur Fleischwurst, trockene verdrückte Gipfeli, kein frisches Brot bzw. nur Brötchen) und die Verfügbarkeit/Freundlichkeit/Öffnungszeit der Reception war ebenfalls verbesserungsfähig. Für den Preis müsste man ein frisches reichhaltiges Kontinentalfrühstück erwarten (geschnittene Früchte, Fleisch und Käseplatte, Rührei, Speck und Röschti, etc.). Ferner sind die Zimmer/das Hotel und der Skiraum stark renovationsbedürftig.

Check-In war sehr hektisch, es war gerade ein Bus mit weiteren Gästen angekommen. Der Schlüssel wurde mir einfach so schnell übergeben, ohne weitere Erklärungen. Als wir zu später Stunde zurück ins Hotel wollten, passte der Schlüssel nicht am Haupteingang. Auf Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert. Zum Glück begegneten wir dann einem Angestellten, so dass das Problem nach langem Hin und Her gelöst wurde. Frühstücksbuffet sehr dürftig.
