Situation près du centre.

Porte de salle de bains coincée chaque fois que nous l'ouvrons. Rideau de douche.sale et fixation laisse à désirer. Taxe de séjour demandé 2x, heureusement que la serveuse à compris mes explications en allemand

Ich habe einige Tage vor meinem Aufenthalt über Booking.com gebucht. Einen Tag vor dem Aufenthalt wurde die Buchung ohne Grund storniert. Ein Anruf im Hotel hat ergeben, dass es Doppelbuchungen gab. Er hat mir ein Zimmer in einem Partnerhotel telefonisch zugesagt. Am Tag der Anreise habe ich im Partnerhotel nachgefragt, ob die Buchung geklappt hat. Leider nicht. Das Geld habe ich auch nach einem Monat noch nicht zurück. Auf meine Nachrichten antwortet das Hotel nicht.

"Ich war zufrieden für diesen Kurzurlaub."

Das Angebot beim Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Es gab genügend, man wurde satt. Der tägliche Zimmerservice mit Handtuchwechsel wäre nicht notwendig. Das Hotel könnte ein günstigeres Angebot machen ohne dies.
