lift service was very slow, no toilet paper one of the rooms air con out of order

The unit was dirty. Cigarette packet inside and full ashtray with cigarette butts on balcony. It smelt inside. Glasses were dirty, and knives, and some plates. We had to wash everything in dishwasher before we could use. The knives for chopping couldn’t cut through a tomato. Completely blunt. Food on tea towel. Curtains in bedroom falling down. Hair on pillow. Shower dirty. Unit is very tired and unclean. Would never stay in one of your properties again.

Its location, walking distance to the Convention Centre

The bathroom is very old & the cabinetry needs replacing, lots of water damage on the vanity doors, they look terrible, the shower head leaks & squirts out in all directions. There was poo on the wall near the toilet paper & the door stop for the bathroom door is right at your feet in front of the toilet, the front of the drawers in the kitchen wobble & the glassware was dirty, the lounge was the most uncomfortable lounge I’ve ever sat on & the mat on the floor was not the type you’d use inside, it’s an outdoor mat & it looked awful too

Great beds and location. Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication.

The shower heads need to be update as the don't hold up properly.

Location was good.

Property wasn’t clean. It was smelly in side the apt. N bedsheet looks dirty. No tissue box or additional toilet rolls. Apt roof light wasn’t enough bright as well. And in toilet the door stop is right middle of toilet seat. When u use the toilet seat then there are chances that u will hit the door stopper on ur feet. Which happens to m. Property looked like not been look after. Just trying to make money out of it.
