Fridge not working, property a bit tired - needs some maintenance.

Getting the fob was a nightmare. Email said to collect for Asian Supermarket. They didn't have my booking, and were unhelpful. When I called the owner, she said she would get the keys sent to the supermarket. Then, I received a call from a random asking me to meet them at the apartments. When I did, I was given the fob and told the apartment wasn't ready and I had to wait an extra half an hour. Not good enough.

Convenience.. comfort...amenities

Central location, 2 bedroom property, lots of space, one bed very comfortable

Mould in bathroom, no washing detergent for laundry, no plug for bath, drug paraphernalia under couch cushions. We completely splurged on this accommodation because it was luxury accommodation, but things like not being able to use the bath or laundry... we wouldn't have booked it and wouldn't book it again

Location was perfect.

Could do with a little bit of sprucing up. A paint job would brighten it up

The parking was very good

Not only had the toilet not been flush when we arrived, once we settled in to do dinner we found no plates mugs or cutlery They were all still loaded in the dishwasher dirty, and the food was all hard We tried to turn the dishwasher on and couldn’t get it to work as it seems to be stuck in the timer The toaster was also not in great condition and the microwave had to be cleaned out to use which by that stage we decided not to use anything The tv in the second room had no channels also

Nice big apartment in central location

Don’t realise it was a bit of an air bnb style place. Parking $40+ per night. Rooms poorly cleaned.
