Excellent breakfast and very nicely located at the lake. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Dinner was mediocre at best and the rooms are very neutral and functional. They could use some love and aesthetic.

we are regularly visiting Neuruppin, a great place in the vicinity of Berlin. Hotel and restaurant Altes Kasino are our first places of choice whenever possible. The rooms are well equipped and clean, the W-Lan working very well. The service personel is truly kind and helpful. The service, beverages and food in the restaurant leave hardly any room for improvement. We'll come back next year!

We regularly come to visit family in Neuruppin and this time we stayed at the Altes Kasino for a short visit. We had eaten in the restaurant (which is also excellent) but never stayed before. We had the apartment - a great room with a nice bedroom, lots of storage, a kitchen, dining area and living room with a great view of the lake. Lovely room, nice bed, washer and dryer (!) and easy to walk to the lake, downtown or just around. Lovely and highly recommended.

We went for dinner because it was one of the higher rated restaurants of the area. The gentleman who served us was super friendly and helpful. He was welcoming and accommodating, answering any questions we had and helping us make choices with food and drinks. We found out at the end of the meal that he is also the owner. The food was good, the vegetarian option not the best but was okay. We would consider going back to stay at this hotel as well if we decide to go back again. The service was super friendly and made us want to come back again.
