Very good care was taken right from airport. Welcomed with beverages but i didn't taste. Warm welcome by the reception. Totally hassle-free stay. Bhavik Shah at the reception took care with empathy and humbleness. Room was very well furnished with all the modern amenities. You name it they will provide with smile as far as service is concerned. Thank you

Strategically placed hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is only 10-15 minutes away from Delhi airport. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread also good and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Pooja Tamang, Akash Mathur and Roshan.

Comfortable room

Loud (very loud!) noise over a PA system by the pool. Hugely disturbing . After complaining..management took no action. As a result I cancelled my reservation for my next stay at the Andaz The restaurant was noisy and the food was poor. Staff seemed overworked and it was generally chaotic.
