Great central location with very helpful staff - room good size

After dressing on the third day of my stay, the contents of my suitcase we covered in a liquid after we left the room. When I returned to change for dinner all my clothes were soaking wet. When I enquired whether the room was cleaned and if the cleaner reported spilling anything into the case (it was on the floor) by accident the staff didn’t really seem bothered. I understand accidents happen but I feel this could have been reported to me before I noticed it.
