Small space for the cost .

The hotel is very well positioned, particularly for travellers who value convenience and efficient access to the city. Its location close to both metro and train connections makes it easy to reach key tourist attractions, shopping districts, and other central areas within only a short journey. This made the hotel a practical and comfortable base for exploring the city without needing to rely heavily on taxis or long transfers. The room itself was a very good choice once we were placed in the correct room category. It offered a comfortable amount of space, was well maintained, and met the expectations of the original booking. Housekeeping standards were strong, with the room feeling clean, fresh, and properly prepared throughout the stay. The toiletries and in-room amenities were also of good quality, which added a nice touch to the overall guest experience. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a convenient and enjoyable start to the day, with enough variety to suit different preferences. The breakfast experience added value to the stay and would be something I would choose again if returning to the property. Overall, the hotel has many qualities that make it a strong option: excellent transport links, a convenient location, good cleanliness standards, comfortable accommodation, and a breakfast offering that supports a pleasant stay. Based on the final room experience, I would consider booking this hotel again.

The main issue was the arrival experience. The first impression was not as smooth or reassuring as expected, as we were initially allocated a room type that was different from the one originally booked. This was presented as an “upgrade”; however, the room did not include a bath, which had been part of the original reservation and was one of the reasons for selecting that particular room type. From a guest experience perspective, an upgrade should improve the stay without removing a feature that was specifically booked. In this case, the change felt more like a mismatch with the reservation than a genuine upgrade. This created some unnecessary inconvenience at check-in and slightly affected the initial impression of the hotel. That said, the situation was resolved once we requested to be moved back to the room category originally booked. After the room change, the stay improved significantly, and we were much happier with the correct room, especially as it offered more space and better matched our expectations. For future guests, it would be beneficial if the hotel confirmed with guests before changing room categories, particularly where specific features such as a bath, room size, or layout are part of the booking. Better communication at check-in would help avoid disappointment and ensure that the first impression matches the otherwise positive quality of the hotel.
