Second day of vacation my wife got diarrhea and fever. Third day I got myself. We ate and drank only at the resort and never left hotel. Upon returning home we got tested positive for ETEC E.coli. Symptoms lasted for 7 days. This was my last time in Turkey for sure. Discomfort ruin chance to enjoy this trip. Hotel stuff was trying to help which included instructions how to reach the pharmacy, offering visit to hotel doctor and sending fruits to the room without service charge. Food could be more variable. There was no proper ham during breakfast. I can understand that Muslim does not eat pork, however also chicken ham are available. There was only one good bar serving proper coffee. Coffee in the main restaurant not drinkable. People smoke literally everywhere. On the balcony, on the sunbeds, even in kids aquapark section. One time I have seen guy smoking and ash dropping to the pool and hotel stuff did not react.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam und unser Betreuer Alper sehr hilfreich. Besonders gut gefielen uns die Veranstaltungen, das Essen und die Unterhaltung mit dem Animationsteam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

C'était un séjour absolument incroyable et inoubliable ! Tout, absolument tout, a été parfait du début à la fin. Le service est d'une qualité exceptionnelle, le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours souriant. Les installations, les piscines et les chambres sont d'une propreté impeccable. Le choix et la qualité de la nourriture sont extraordinaires, une véritable fête pour les papilles. Nous avons vécu une expérience magnifique et nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation. Je recommande cet hôtel à 200% pour des vacances de rêve

Everything was amazing The rooms are clean, the food is perfect, facilities are excellent, and the personal assisstant Yaroslav was super amazing
