Alles war sehr gut wir waren sehr zufrieden. Yaroslav war für uns zuständig und hat uns bei allem geholfen und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit seinem Service und werden wieder kommen.

Начиная с территории, где есть всё необходимое для комфортного семейного отдыха: детская игровая площадка, детский клуб, большой бассейн, горки для детей. Заканчивая разнообразной и большой программой развлечений, которые проходят в течение дня на разных площадках: у бассейна, в барах, в амфитеатре, детском клубе и т.д. Отдельно хочется отметь огромный выбор еды очень вкусной, красиво оформленной и напитков, которые можно получить круглосуточно, без дополнительной платы, лишь обратившись к очень дружелюбному персоналу. Это был прекрасный отдых, который уже хочется повторить снова.

Despite our late arrival at the hotel, a sweet treat and some drinks were waiting for us in the room. The check-in process was lightning-fast - we didn’t even have to approach the reception desk, as the hotel staff took care of everything right in the lobby as soon as we arrived. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, and the view from the balcony was stunning - overlooking the sea, palm trees, and swimming pools. The selection of dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was enormous, including made-to-order omelets, pasta, and waffles. Every day, dinner had a different theme - Turkish, Italian, Mediterranean cuisine, and so on. Vegetarians will also find plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the snack food court, which served hot treats in the afternoon. Drinks were served by the staff. Additionally, there are À La Carte restaurants available, offering an even wider range of flavors to explore. Upon check-in, each guest is assigned a personal assistant who helps with daily matters. There’s also the option to use the airport shuttle bus (for an additional fee), which turned out to be a very convenient solution in our case.

🌟 Amazing Holiday Experience! 🌟 We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! There’s a great variety of entertainment for both adults and children — fun activities, games, and shows all day long, and lively performances in the evenings. The food was outstanding with a huge selection to suit every taste — everything was fresh and delicious, especially the fruits and vegetables. The restaurant and bar are open 24/7, so you can always grab a snack or a drink whenever you like. The entire place is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. A special thanks to assistant Yaroslav, who made our stay extra comfortable with his kindness and attention to detail. And the Turkish bath and massage are an absolute must — the perfect way to relax and recharge. 💛 Thank you for such a wonderful holiday! We can’t wait to come back!

Super Unterkunft mit direktem Strandzugang und einem sehr grossen und schönen Aussenbereich inkl. grossem Pool, vielen Bars, Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Das Essen war top - vor allem in den à la carte Restaurants. Alle Mitarbeitende sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Personal Assistent über Whatsapp ist jederzeit erreichbar und kann bei allen Fragen helfen. Wir sind super zufrieden, schon zum zweiten mal hier und gerne wieder!
