Toilet - air paip bawah slow, paip kat shower leaking, bilik macam ada bau ubat semut, hotel tak mesra OKU, tangga tak ada tempat pemegang, kepada yang bawa ibubapa berkerusi roda memang tidak sesuai kerana perlu naik 4@5 anak tangga untuk ke lif.
