房间不是很清洁，厕所水小，毛巾破洞

The room was very dirty and extremely uncomfortable. The bed was placed right next to the bathroom wall, which was semi-transparent and offered no privacy. The entire room had a bad smell, and one of the walls was broken and poorly patched up with cellophane tape. On top of that, the plugs were not functioning properly, making it difficult to charge our devices. Overall, the condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. Additionally, we paid a deposit to a lady working at the reception. When we asked for a receipt, she told us we would receive it during check-out. However, at check-out, she acted as if she didn’t recognize us and asked for a receipt instead. I reminded her that she was the one who collected the deposit and promised to provide the receipt later. Only after I firmly insisted did she check, find our deposit record, and return the money. The entire experience was unprofessional and left us very dissatisfied.
