Location and staff

I would pay for a cooked breakfast and curtains in room were not great so too much light came in

Great to see this wonderful old coaching house brought back to life. such character. the staff are all so freindly. the outside at the front is now getting renovated the courtyard and inside already done. Well done to all

Location and size of room reception lady upon arrival very nice and helpful

Bar Staff un helpful no coffee at the bar 10pm on Saturday night ,no food being served Sunday afternoon, so left early and came home having paid for the Sunday night

Breakfast was continental only, would have preferred cooked breakfast to be available

Lovely hotel, great location and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home, staff were great and check in/ out was easy

Would have been nice for a bottle of water to be provided in the room, shower took awhile to heat up but was fine once it got running - did not spoil the stay would definitely return

Most of the TV stations had a jumbled picture as though the signal wasn't strong enough. The space where the continental breakfast was laid out was a bit too compact, made it a little awkward.
