Много усмихнат и любезен персонал. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Всички помещения в хотела бяха чисти и много добре поддържани. Въпреки, че имаше много гости в хотела, всичко беше много добре организирано. Водата в басейните беше приятно топла, имаше шезлонги за всички посетители. Спа зоната е много хубава.

We got an upgrade from double room to studio and it was amazing! The Spa facilities were all operational and very clean.

We had to park on the public road.

Захабена и зле изчистена баня. Забравен багаж от предните посетители. Счупена сушилка за дрехи, неизчистен балкон. Малък и зле поддържан детски кът, недопустимо е да има счупени съоръжения. Няма да повторим посещение

Great facilities, saunas, pools, great conditions and quality! The food was amazing, plenty of healthy options, protein, veggies and fruit! Reception staff, Kids playground, housekeeping - welcoming and kind, so professional!

Some staff members were missing a smile 😀 There could be some plastic bags in the room for damp clothes, considering it is a spa hotel and the swimsuits are wet.
