Персонала беше любезен и отзивчив. Хотела е хубав, топъл, чист, както и водата също беше според очакванията ни за минерални басейни. Храната беше добра.

Спа зоната не предполага спокойна и уютна почивка при високо запълване на стаите. Само един басейн очевидно не стига. Факта, че няма отделно помещение за децата прави "почивката" изключително натоварваща. За цената, която плащаме, не очаквахме да нямаме желание да сме в спа зоната. Деца крещят, скачат във водата, духат си носовете.. просто капацитета на хотела, както и броя басейни не предполагат добра почивка в пълния смисъл на думата. Асансьорът е винаги зает и се чака по много време, както и е изключително бавен.
