Food was amazing, stuff was very friendly.

Amazing, helpful staff, fantastic food for both breakfast and dinner, good choice of drinks at the bar. The room was spacious and warm, the place was lively but not too crowded. The spa section was close to our room and although smallish, satisfied our requirements. As always, outdoor pool with thermal water is a fantastic experience when visiting during the colder months.

If anything, the decor is a little bit dated.

Food was excellent, clean place. (SPA & Wellness) music in whole hotel. Quite and nice place to rest. Room was enough big with balcony, also A/C works fine.

Service fee for each drink or meal. Parking (is not expensive) but has to be paid, and that was not told on check in (otherwise outside of hotel is a lot of free parking spaces).

Nice outdoor area

Its not possible to use outdoor pool on day of check-out (after 10-11 in the morning), there is additional 5% service fee for everything including breakfast, waiter was hesitant to pick order from closeby sitting area outside, breakfast options pretty modest for a hotel of that price range, breakfast price was not as mentioned in Booking but 30% higher...

Great food, clean and nice hotel.

Small spa, otherwise good.
