The staff are great, this is the best part. Location is really good. Plenty of hot water, strong shower, good pillows, bed is ok (could be upgraded to be a bit more comfortable), easy check out. Restaurant is good (plenty of options for breakfast), real espresso machine, and the place is super clean. Laundry service was excellent and not bad in prices. There was an issue with how the country was allowing the credit card to be processed, and the staff and manager went above and beyond to help fix the issue. Very lovely people and great value. We really enjoyed our stay. The cleaning of the rooms was also superb.

They could upgrade the carpets in the room at some point, just because its showing signs of real wear, but otherwise, it was a nice room.
