"Book here without hesitation. Rooms are better than many European hotels!"

The location is based on a posh area of Basra. The building is very modern and clean. The room was incredible like a one bedroom flat with a separate bedroom to the lounge with 2 bathrooms. The finish was of a very high standards. Whoever designed it had paid attention to details. The staff were very polite. The breakfast was plenty with excellent variety of choices including made to order coffee. I am very pleased that I booked here instead of the Sheraton.

Parking is on the side street but felt perfectly safe with CCTV. It is a posh residential area anyway.
