The Internet was excellent, I was able to watch YouTube on the smart TV without any buffering, which is rare in most hotels. The room and surroundings were also very clean, which I appreciated.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room service staff are poorly trained, I was disturbed at 9 pm at my room just to clear a restaurant bill because the staff wanted to close their day, something I have never experienced in any other hotel. The room itself was extremely small and congested, with no space to move around. Basic amenities like a foot mat in the bathroom were missing. At checkout, I was held up unnecessarily while they "checked the room," which felt unprofessional and even rude. The breakfast service was the worst I’ve seen. It was delivered at 7 am directly to the room, and by the time you’re ready to eat around 9 am, it’s already cold and unappetizing. To make matters worse, I noticed a serious billing issue. My bill showed ₦41,000 in the booking .com, but I was charged ₦48,000. This is unacceptable. Overall, it felt less like a hotel and more like a poorly run student hostel. I left annoyed and dissatisfied.

I love the service and the royal look of the hotel. The hotel has reasonable prices as well.

Only thing I dislike about the hotel was that I came during small renovations and the internet keeps going out but besides that my experience was outstanding.
