Friendly staff. The food was also not bad.

The room was the size of a guardroom, extremely small. Zero value for money. I paid 21k for that room and it still upsets me till now. Refund policy should be updated. I should be able to get a refund as long as I have not checked in.

Nice Environment and Facilities

I mistakenly bought food outside cos I didn't not see anywhere it was written that buying food outside is not allowed and nobody told me. The Manager was utterly harsh about it, seized the food, and let it decay. This was my first visit to Benin and my first time in the hotel. At least talk to your guest in a polite way. If I knew it wasn't allowed, I wouldn't do it. But other people who maybe she was familiar with were allowed to take even drinks to their rooms. Also I feel I was extorted, I was made to Pay 41,400 for Two nights in ROOM OHIO. but I found out in the hotel price list that ROOM OHIO was actually 17,500 and I was told that it was because I Used Booking.com and probably Booking.com takes charges too. Please I would like further clarification on that IF POSSIBLE.
