The room and the entire environment were clean. Good lighting. Really good ambiance.

I was made to pay more than the booking summary amount. I made the booking just hours before arriving at the facility, but they didn't accept the discounted room rate. I paid their normal walk-in rate. I found that fraudulent. I also had a bad experience in the morning. After checking out, I sat at the reception waiting for my taxi, and the supervisor came to tell me to leave because customers coming in should not see me sitting at the reception. I declined to leave, and I saw that he was upset.

the location of the hotel is very serene. clean environment and the staff are very courteous.

for that price of the room, there was no refrigerator inside the room. There was no option for the complimentary breakfast only what the hotel offers, u eat.
