"Exceptional"

Breakfast and Dinner were wonderful. Great coffee, oysters, wine.

There was a slight unpleasant odor outside the door to our room and the cleaner solution smell in the room was a bit off.

"nice boutique hotel but position of room next to kitchen was not good considering the price of the room"
